Our Mission
Our mission is to promote well being in people we meet and continue our own journey and life purpose. Today's lifestyle can be very hectic at times and sometimes we need to take time out to check in with our bodies and really see whats going on and what we are doing to ourselves. Getting back to nature is key.
Our History
John & Deborah are on a Spiritual journey together for the last seven years and are only delighted to help and guide our clients in what ever way we can. It wouldn't be possible without the backing of our Spiritual Master Dennis & Mary here in Ireland and Master Shashi in India. We met, got married in Kildare & India, opened a country cafe in Nenagh and have a beautiful daughter Meera, all within the space of four years of meeting and practicing Japa meditation together. Both of us coming from trauma and operating out of dysfunctional hereditary traits we began to see our potential and that there was more to life. So we began self investigating, re-educating and investing in ourselves to be who we are today through a lot of personal development and with the help of great mentors/guides.
Deborah, A fantastic mother, chef of 20 years, runs her own successful cafe today( Deborah's Country Cafe) in Nenagh along with her loyal staff.
John, A great provider decided to return to college recently to study Addiction counselling and soon to graduate next year. He has many healing gifts to share. Currently working with groups of young people in recovery from drug addiction during his work placement at Cuan Mhuire, Bruree, Co. Limerick.
We are animal friendly too so you can bring your dog or cat with you. We can provide space for them in our animal B&B!
