Our Counselling sessions are designed to make a world of difference to your world.  Face to face sessions are held in a confidential homely environment setting rather than a clinical setting. The location here is one that allows clients to feel relaxed and comfortable when in therapy. We can also provide Walk & Talk therapy in the outdoors.

Therapy gives you the opportunity to explore how life is for you, how you feel about it and how you react during certain situations, all with the aim of finding solutions that work for you. My aim is to provide a confidential, non-judgemental and accepting environment where I can help you explore your issues no matter what they are. Unresolved issues can cause great unhappiness and therapy can help to unlock suppressed feelings and emotions.

Feel Yourself Again

In an ideal world, we would have someone to talk to within our family or support network, but sometimes we don’t feel that we can because we don’t want to hurt their feelings or face their reactions. Counselling fills this gap and is a way to express how you really think and feel in a respectful, warm, safe and non-judgemental environment, with someone who is not emotionally involved.
