Counselling Sessions

Our counselling sessions are designed to make a meaningful difference in your life.

  • Face-to-face sessions are held in a warm, confidential, and homely environment — deliberately chosen to feel welcoming and non-clinical, helping clients feel at ease and relaxed during therapy.
  • Online therapy is also available, allowing you to engage from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
  • Walk & Talk therapy is offered in nature when weather and conditions are suitable, combining gentle movement with therapeutic conversation.


What Therapy Offers

Therapy provides a dedicated space to explore: how life feels for you right now your emotional responses to different situations the patterns and reactions that shape your day-to-day experience The central aim is to help you identify and develop solutions and ways of being that genuinely work for you. My role is to offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental and accepting environment in which you can openly examine whatever difficulties or concerns are important to you — no matter their nature or severity. Unresolved issues and unexpressed emotions often contribute significantly to distress and unhappiness. Therapy can support you in gently accessing, understanding and processing suppressed feelings, creating space for greater emotional freedom and wellbeing.

Feel Yourself Again

In an ideal world, we would have someone to talk to within our family or support network, but sometimes we don’t feel that we can because we don’t want to hurt their feelings or face their reactions. Counselling fills this gap and is a way to express how you really think and feel in a respectful, warm, safe and non-judgemental environment, with someone who is not emotionally involved.

Addiction Treatment & Recovery Support
